  5. This version of The Missing Link contains a feature which may not be documented in the manual you recieved with your copy of The Missing Link. Version 1.0.4 has an additonal item in the popup menu found in the unlinking tool preferences. The Break All Chains option breaks all links in a text chain while leaving the text intact in the individual boxes.

  7. The Break All Chains menu item allows you to unlink all of the boxes in the current text chain in this way:

  9.  1. Set the preferences for the Unlinking tool and choose the Break All Chains option
  10.  2. Select the Unlinking tool
  11.  3. Press the Control and Shift keys
  12.  4. Click on any box in the text chain you want to break.

  14. The text links for that text chain are all broken, but the text remains in the individual boxes.
